After swapping to an OBDI conversion computer....

has anyone noticed that they can't run as much timing @ WOT?
I logged a couple of runs w/ Autotap before I swapped to my OBDI conversion and if I remember right I could run about 36-38 degrees and no knock.
Now after converting to an OBDI pcm setup to use the OBDII knock sensor, I can only run 33-34 degrees.
Not sure if it makes a difference hp wise, but seems odd anyways.
Anyone else had a similiar situation using the OBDI ks with the conversion computer?
