Adapting OBD1 Connector to OBDII (95) ALDL for scanning

I found this on shoebox's (thanks!) website. Is that ALL that's necessary, and will this allow me to use my OBDI TTS Datamaster with my OBDI cable on my buddies 95 Z28?
