Accel DFI?

I can pick up an Accel DFI unit relatively cheap.

I was wondering how beneficial this would be to me.

I have a 93 Z28 with a naturally aspirated 383.

What functions does the Accel DFI have?

It's of most use compared to tuning the stock PCM in the following circumstances.

1) run a 2 or 3-bar MAP sensor.
2) run low impedance injectors
3) operate over 7,000rom
4) control nitrous.

Of course, there are other uses. But those are the main reasons you might want the unit for an LT1. The problem: you lose the MAF. Some people want to get rid of the MAF. But for a street car, it's very useful in taming a relatively radical combination.
