I have a 96 Trans Am with a 6 speed. I recently bought a PCM from a 94 Camaro with an auto tranny in hopes of converting over to OBD1. However, I found out that I need to have the PCM reprogrammed by the dealer in order to use this with my 6 speed car. In order to do this, the dealer says that they must have a Vin # from an OBD1 car with a 6 speed in order to reprogram the PCM. I guess they just punch in the VIN# when reprogramming and it reloads with the information for that car.

Can anyone help me out here? I need a VIN# for an OBD1 Camaro/Firebird that has a 6 speed in it. I am supposed to go dyno tuning this week and have to go to the dealer first to get this done. Otherwise there will be no dyno tuning for me.
