I have a 93 Trans Am with 383. I want to do some datalogging and have tunerpro RT, laptop(only USB ports), ALDU1 cable and CABL1 cable....do i have to load a definition file in order to start data logging? can someone help me get everything setup please?

 

ok, i hooked up the ALDL conector and turned on tunerpro....when i try to connect it tells me that "connection failed".....what do i look for? I know my ALDL port is working becase i get a code 12 when i cross out terminals A & B..no other codes present...

 

Download "Datamaster" and try that. that is what i used on my 93LT1. You get 20 free datalogs after that you have to buy the program.

yes you need the bin definition and the XDF for your spacific ecm, I can send it to you if you want.
