1993 z28 tune-is A4 and M6 tune interchangeable?

Long story short, I have 2 different 1993 z28's. One heavily modded auto and one basically stock M6. I plan to switch the mods between the cars and was wondering if the chip(pcmforless mail order tune for mods) would come out of the auto and plug right into the M6 car? I know the 700r4 isn't computer controlled so my thought is that it should work but I've been out of the game for too long to be sure. Thanks.

The ECM wiring diagram in my Chiltons for a 93 F-Body LT1, and the ECM diagrams in my Corvette fuel injection manual for the 92/93 Corvette LT1 show the ECM controlling TCC lockup, and interfacing with the neutral safety switch. In the M6 cars, the ECM operates the reverse lockout solenoid. And I suspect as in all other 4th Gens, the VSS output from the 4L60E is 40 pulses per output shaft rev and the M6 is 17 pulses (although I beleive I've also seen references to 12 pulses on some 93's).

Each of those interfaces would appear to require a specific function incorporated in the programming.
