Maybe its just me, but that wheelbase looks a little short to be the real thing. Heck, maybe its just my tired old eyes.

jg95z28 .. it was a short wheel base .. no drive shaft .. trans was bolted directly to the rearend ..

I don't actually remember it since I wasn't born yet, but I am aware that they exist. I always thought they looked cool in sort of a deformed way.

There's a guy who races a cheetah down at the dragstrip. It's not very original, it's setup as a funny car, and it's very fast (I think it runs 8's in the 1/4). I don't know if anyone made a funny car body for a cheetah, or someone found an original and fiberglassed everything together. I'd love to have it!

i have seen the orange one, i believe it is car 12, last one built. it is/was for sale locally. there is some controversy on whether it is real or not.
