Well, I bought a used engine from a friend but I think it's over camed. If so let me know what you would use. It's a 406, 11.5-1 comp, ported stock heads, 1.5 rockers, team-g Intake, 750 holly, 4.10 gears, 3000 stall, 3500 lbs car, th350 trany, spool and slicks. cam specs .504 lift ( in 244 ex 252 @ .050) 108 lob sep. let know what you think.

Looks under cammed to me.

Duration looks ok but the low lift isnt going to net you alot of power.

What kind of stock heads are they? Your losing alot of power there.

advertised around 286 and 300 or so... not bad, is it a solid, hyd or a roller...Might be a little small depending upon what you are going to do with it....Do you know who made the cam? Is the holly a double pumper or a vac secondary....

New heads will wake it up. Cam sounds fine but the flow on ported stock iron heads...is crap period. AFR 220's, 1.6:1 rockers should get you a few hundred HP more.

Sorry for taking so long but to answer your Q: The heads are 882 casting#, the cam is avertised at 318/324 it's an erson cam. the carb is a vac secondary, I think thats it. I want to get some AFR heads real soon, as soon as the money happens. so if anything its to small and not enough head.
