Spindles?

What spindles are compatible with my 69 camaro? I want disc brakes and trying to save money at doing so. I think el comino's are but not sure on what year. Thanks

I know for sure the 68-74 Nova spindles are a direct swapover. A lot of early 70's Novas had discs, so if you find a donor car you can raid everything from spindles to lines to the proportioning valve. I've heard that Chevelle/Camino are usable too if you turn an arm around or something, but I've never tried it.

68-72 novas, chevelles, cutlass, apollo, skylark
70-72 monte carlos

all of these would work. follow this link to david pozzi's site, click on first gen suspension. http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/David_Pozzi/ his site is very informative on early camaros. are you trying to stay stock or wanting to go with bigger brakes?
