Is the nut tight? Try holding the center screw with an allen wrench and tighten the nut. You want to hold the center screw so it doesn't lose adjustment when you tighten the nut.

There is a rebuild gasket set that you can buy for it. I picked one up at the local Chevy parts counter, but that was back in the 80's. Classic Industries probably has one. I am not sure how much of a job it is to overhaul the unit and replace the gaskets. I ended up swapping mine out completely. I don't know if there is a gasket for the adjusting nut, I didn't think that there was...? If you just put that rebuilt unit on, I would take it back and get one that doesn't leak...

Are you using power steering fluid or tranny fluid?

Might try a new copper washer and wrap the threads of the adjusting screw with teflon plumbers tape...It'll be a pain, but it should stop it from leaking.
