If your lock mechanisms are sticky, it may make sense to spend the money and get new ones otherwise, these power units will be useless.
Funny - these locks sticking are so notorious that even in an episode of Monster Garage, Jesse James was victimized. He bought that 70(?) El Camino SS and locked the drivers door when he took off on it. When he tried to open, it - he was stuck.

I'm not sure what the reserve might be however, The Paddock sells 2 window kits for $329.95 plus you have to buy the switches & wiring for another $149.95 (2 window) to $199.95 (4 window).
