Does anyone know of a web site or other outlet that with give a description of a part from an old part number? Like part numbers from 1968-1969. Any help or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

I don't know of any websites that have the information posted, but you can pick up a referrence book for all of the GM part numbers from 1965 to 1969. You can order it from this link http://www.amazon.com/Chevrolet-Numb.../dp/0837609569 I picked mine up at the parts counter at Dobles Cheverolet in Manchester NH a few years ago. I am not sure if you can still buy one at a chevy dealership or not. It will have just about everything that you are looking for from block numbers, carb numbers, transmissions, to ralley wheels.
