New motor and tranny help! please

Hey guys

Finally purchased a new TKO600 perfect fit tranny kit for my bored and stroked T&L 408ci SBC making 510hp and 520ftlb

Few questions that i need help on and you advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

1) What motor mounts? Have a set of solid motor mounts or should i go with new energy suspension ploy mounts? Whats the pro and con of solid mounts?
-Trans comes with new poly mount

2) What altinator braket kit would give me clearance for my electric water pump?

3) Mechanical fuel pump still okay? New regulator/filter

4) A stock Big Block radiator with two electric fans okay?

5) what amps for a new altinator? (MSD ignition, 2 electric fans, electic water pump, alpine radio system, optimum battery in trunk)

Thanks for all the help guys!

1) Depends on your tolerence for vibration. I would go with the poly.
2) Don't know.
3) Would think at least an inline electric would be required. That size fuel lines??
4) Would think you should be fine.
5) I personally wouldn't go with less then a 120A.

6-7psi. It's not for the PSI, it's for the volume. A high performance mech. MAY work. That size carb.???

Not true!
If you use this type electric pump, which has an internal bypass: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
and this type NON-return regulator:

you do not need a return line.
And speaking of lines, it is recommended that you have at least a 3/8" feed line from the tank to the carb. Many of the older cars only had a 5/16" line.

These are just my recommendations, you can always try it with what you have! It's not that difficult to change later if it doesn't work out.
