LT1 heads

Does anyone know if LT1 heads will bolt on to an block of a 73 L65? are the exhaust and intake ports the same?
I find this heads in Germany, and the guy say that is for 70-86 engines, that is a 64 cc chambers and casting number is #3991492. Is this true? Are there any LT1 pre-86?
Is this a good deal for my engine? I have a Edelbrock Performer intake, cam and carburator, and hedman headers.

its not the same as the 92-97 lt1s...the lt1 of the 70s is just a code for a more powerful engine

I am pretty sure those heads will not work - if you refering to the 93-97 LT-1. I found out upon doing research a while back that I couldn't use them due to them being reverse flow engines or some crap. The guys over at NastyZ28 told me that at least.

Yes, those heads will bolt onto a 73 block. I had those heads on my 69 Z28. Some of them are angle plug so check to see if that will make a difference, you might need new headers if you change from straight plug to angle plug.
