what engines were available for the pre-1970 Z28's.

I'm not a gear head - I'm a pilot - but I'm in a discussion with a fella and this has come up. I figure this is the best place to ask!

Thanks!

Tom

1st generation Z28's all had 302 cubic inch motors. There were minor differences in specs but they all had 4" bore x 3" stroke cranks, 2.02" intake valve, 1.6" exhaust valve, solid lifter, aluminum intake, Holley carbs, pop-up domed pistons.

The 350 cubic inch Z28 did not appear until the 1970 1/2 Camaro was introduced.
