Hey all, I just finished building up my tunnel ram for my '78 Camaro, and just wanted some input on some good cylinder heads for it. I have twin 450 cfm holley's on a good 'ole weiand tunnel ram intake, and I also have it setup for a wet shot of nitrous. I don't plan on running any more than a 150 shot down the strip, and will be using the car mostly for cruise-ins next year. Let me know what suggestions you guys have!! Thanks

 

What size SBC?

 

It's a 355 0010 block, originally from a '71 El Camino. I had it machined for splayed bearing caps too. It'll take whatever I give it I'm sure of it.

 

Do you want aluminum or iron heads? Are you talking GM or aftermarket?

Well, I would like to stick with aluminum heads, as weight is a minor concern but what I really want is something that works well with the setup and that will withstand a fair shot of nitrous. Whether it be GM or aftermarket, it doesn't matter. All I want is a reliable head.
