Gen I block
Building a Gen 1 stroker motor with a buddy of mine. Had it punch 30 over, 4inch stroke with and eagle crank. Fully balanced crank and rods. Zero decked block. Using KB pistons a 288ish flat tappet cam and rocker's. What kinda power do you think we can get out of it. Also we are running 190cc's heads ported and polished with a 750cfm carb on a Torquer II intake.

no where near enough info, piston dishes domes volume... heads.... head gaskets... cam numbers?
so what we know is it's 4.03 bore and 4 inch stroke that's 8(4*Pi*2.015^2) about 408ci your 383 stroke is 3.75" and you pick up a percent or so on the balance, you have compression... a torquer intake and a 750 carb.... you could produce anywhere from 150 - idk 700 hp with that?
we need head numbers, at the least valve sizes flow bench numbers intake and exhaust port volumes, and the combustion chamber cc would be nice too. what type of port work? need to know what cam, as there are many 288 flat tappet cams available as that's an advertised rating and anyone can measure that anywhere they want, but your cam is going to be determined by your compression at this point, zero decking is a good way to increase compression, but now you need either 76 cc heads or a big overlap cam,
need a lot more on the specs side mate, but
i'm going to make a number of assumptions
say you have 4.1" diameter head gaskets and .040 compressed thickness... relatively standard,
say you have AFR 190 cc heads, that's 74 cc combustion chambers, and flat top pistons with no valve reliefs... thats 10.48-1 compression, and say they have 2.02/1.60 valves
say you run large tube headers and normal mufflers
say you have a comp cams xtreme energy 284 camshaft
say it's a dual plane intake, a torquer II will be different but this is so far out of whack it wont even matter
say you have a perfect tune and run on pump gas
if you have that exact combo, you might get around 400-450 hp at around 6000 rpms out of it, that's just one.... and it's just to outline the level of detail necessary to even get within say 50hp of it maybe

Flat tappet because he didn't have enough money for a full roller set up.
The crank is a 4" stroke and we have deep dish pistons. AFR 190cc's heads and valve relief's. Don't have the head gaskets yet so recomendations would be great..

If ya build it as such then it should make 600/650 even with a flat tappet. It would have to be the right one,the compression would have to be right for the cam and the intake flow will have to be there and it won't be with 190CC runners. Something like a 235CC runner flowing 330+ will get it done.
