I picked up a set of heads today and the casting numbers are 3927186. They're double hump heads but they have the acc. holes drilled from the factory. I was doing a google search and it showed that 69 z28 302 camaro's only had these casting cylinder heads. Can anyone varify this?

That casting number as well as 3947041 was found on the '69 Z28 motor. Of course, both would have had the accessory holes on the ends. Both of those numbers could have been found on other 1969 and 1970 engines as well. The Z28 application used 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhaust valve sizes. The 350 applications called for 1.94 intake and 1.50 exhaust valves.
