Ok, im looking for parts to put my camaro back together. I just wanted to know if I bought the reg fenders, NOT THE RS ones, would the rs grill and lighting assembly fit, or do you need the fenders also?? I was a little confused by this. Just dont want tobuy the rs lights and stuff and I find out I cant have it with reg fenders. Also what is the dif between the RS and reg. Fenders on a 68?? thanks alot

 

The main difference is that there are some extra tabs for the the headlight doors. I am not sure how much other "small" things are dofferent, but I have seen people convert to the RS style grill and use the standard fender.

 

You can purchase regular fenders, but you will need to purchase an adapter piece, which you would need to weld to the fender by the lighting section, various suppliers sell this adapter.
