Taking offers on BBC Z28

I`m Looking at selling the "Machine" I recently lost my turbo car (engine blew beyond repair) and now I`m looking at 97-01 SS Z28`s to replace the daily driver. I would let the BB car go for the right price but I will keep it if I can find a SS in my price range...there are not many SS`s in my price range with the miles I`d feel comfortable with though. The red car is this..

85Z28 originally L69 auto w3.23 open,a/c,cruise, dark carmine, HT, cloth, manual everything.

Now it has 454 bored .100 over KB 10.2`s to 1, Z gap child alberts rings 1/16`s. arp studs/bolts though out. cloyes hex adjust on a comp solid street roller .670 lift 254 dur. crane solid rollers, comp products .80 wall pushrods, harlands sharps 1.7 alum. rollers under stock aluminum covers. Merlin rect,. port heads untouched except for valve jobs, eldy RPM w/850 demon Mech sec.
moroso 7qt pan, under drive march pullies, hooker swap headers ported, coated.

trans is 700r4 with alto`s 3/4 clutch /raybestos band/darryell young lock up eliminator/b&m pack/2yrs on overhaul. ohio converter thru D&E trans its a 9inch 3,000 non lock. Trans is still in good condition always changed fluid and runs thru a huge cooler.

rear suspension is mostly spohn- c/m tourqe arm w/ rodends and crossmember (2 loops) poly bushing non adj trailing arms(slp) and panhard rod with grease fittings. new adjustable comp shocks trw spings new.

frt suspension is tubular K member and a arms (profab) coil overs ( custom that actually work ) 90/10 drag struts (new) 12inch dual piston brake conversion with slotted& drilled rotors. wonder bar, HMS aluminum strut mounts. 3 point strut strut tower brace.

engine bay has MSD 6, blaster coil, a/c delete box, optima red top, hot start remote selenoid, cvr 4.4 hp starter.

Rear is this... 10 bolt 373 gm gear w/ aurburn Brand new 26 spline gm axles aluminum drums relocation brkts welded on. waiting for install 9 Inch moser 31 spline housing set up for rear disk brakes. center section I have is open w 3.50 gears, it`s stock ford equipment, locker and 3.70`s were on the wish list still (comes with the car)

Body has been repainted carmine red basec/c/c new dooor hinges, mouldings bezels,emblems, harwood 3 inch crowl bolt on. it has small dings and scrathes from street& track use but is 95% perfect, new windshield, bowtie grill, turn signal lamps and basically evrything that was black originally was replaced because of the fadding that occurs after time. pefect reconditioned iroc wheels with spun aluminum caps kelly chargers up front BFG drags in the rear 3 inch dual exhaust with flow masters

the interior is red cloth and shows signs of wear, small crack in dash above temp controls, driver seat seams showing stress and wear, carpet is fine with no stains head liner is new factory. has a hurst dual gate, 145 cluster 1 with e glows the other stock (both go) kenwood 9 band eq/disc 3 amps. a/c delete controller. Dash pad is 100% perfect.

I have on the side that could go with the car if the offer was right..

454 4 bolt(all mains) will bore out .60
700 competion trans (track only, shifts perfect under high power)
stock k member/a arms
tubular k member for stock spring location
2 aluminum drive shafts 1 1LE and a LS1
many spare & extra parts
drop spindles
poly mounts

I have had this car almost ten yrs and a lot has happened in that time, family house- life...I have at least 6 in the motor alone and 5 in the paint/body if your interested- pm or post, I`m willing to look at all offers. there are pictures in my sig click "the machine" I can get more but it is cold here so serious ones only please

ttt take it home for 13,000 550HP N/A at the tires capable of high tens on 93 octane while looking good. I`m having a hard time typing this, it wouldn`t be hard to keep this one around just for kicks, but I`d rather find a new home for it.
