FS: '97 Honda Civic LX 4D
FS: '97 Honda Civic LX 4D
Some details on the car:
Dark green with tan cloth
144k
1.6L I4 automatic
Power windows, locks, and mirrors
A/C
Factory Alpine 6-disc CD changer
I bought this car last August and have put about 7K on it without any issues at all. There are a few small issues with the car as it sits. The rear driver door does not open from the outside...you have to open it from the inside. And there is an service engine light on. I scanned it and it's a rear O2. I didn't replace it since I know it wouldn't affect mileage at all, and it really hasn't. I drove this car to Grand Rapids,MN this winter and got about 42mpg on the drive up. I normally get about 34-36mpg on the highway and about 28 or 29 while driving around town
The timing belt was replaced at 80K, the brakes and the front CVs were replaced shortly before I purchased the car. So, probably around the 134K area. I just had the wheels off the car a couple days ago to rotate the tires and the brakes and tires have a lot of life left on them.
I'm selling this car strictly to get something new and a bit bigger in size.
I will take pictures of the car if you would like.
Please contact me with any questions about the car.
