Exclamation 1994 Trans Am LT1 6 Spd in South FL $1300 obo

Selling a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am. It has 117,000 miles on it. Came with an LT1 V8, 6 speed manual T56 transmission, t-tops, leather interior, CD player, etc. It's not running at the moment. It has two stuck valves on the passenger's side head. I also have most of the parts to rebuild the heads and have a custom grind 226/234 billet cam ready to go in. Car currently has a good deal of modifications including K&N intake, longtube headers, Magnaflow catback, and a Spec Stage II clutch. Sounded beautiful and felt great when it was running. I believe a head swap would get it running again (LT1 heads can be had for $200-$400). Has new battery, foglights, spark plugs and spark plug wires. Been run on 93 octane for as long as I've had her and I've also done the oil change every 3,000 miles. Should be a great car with a little bit of work. PM me, or call me at 305-333-8095, my name is Alex.

Damn, if you were closer to me I'd buy it right now for $1300. I need to start shopping for a good sports car in the US.

I hoping someone near me sees this and wants it. Really, I just need it gone already. My family and me live in an apartment complex and only have two spaces for our three cars, one of which is now permanently occupied by the T/A which I don't plan on spending any more money on. I am saving up for a Powerstroke F250 and just plan on getting what ever I can for it and adding that to the till.

Re: 1994 Trans Am LT1 6 Spd in South FL $2000

If I had the room to save it or work with it, I would have rebuilt the engine and tranny just for the heck of it by now. Unfortunately, can't do it in the parking of my apartment complex and I'm not dishing out the money for a shop to do work on it. Pep Boys wanted $4k for just labor. So, end result, sell it to someone who wants to figure out what is wrong with it and either fix it, do a swap, or part it out. And yeah, if I would have parted it out, I probably would have made over $3k in parts, but unfortunately, I can't do that either.

Yeah, hopefully the new owner can do all the work I couldn't. He invited me to come see it run at Countyline once he gets it in running again. I'm definitely down. I never had a chance to run it at the strip, but I know it'll pull out some good times if it can hook.
