Besides the obvious!! Just spent more on some stereo stuff for my kids car, then he spent on buying the car!! Got a box for the subs he had, bought an amp and had it all installed into his car.
Ok, he only paid $200 for this 95 Honda accord so it wasnt too hard to do..

 

good quality stereo components aint cheap... auto and home both run a good amount. i got over $1200 worth of radio stuff in my car (amp, 2 10'' subs, wiring, headunit, box's) and i could easily spend another 300 on just a better head unit. NEVER BUY SONY HEAD UNITS they really suck

 

Reminds me of my college years back in the early 90's when all of the big car audio really started to hit the scene...I had like $3500 in stereo equipment in my new '91 Hyundai Excel that was $5500 brand new I'm now 40 and STILL have to have a big stereo in my cars...just have to keep it down when my wife and kid are in the car
