Hi. I am trying to find the location of the rear defroster breaker. Mine only stays on for 10-30 seconds. The fix for this is supposed to be replacing the relay with a fuse. OK, but where is the breaker?

It should be in the fuse box inside the car...there's where mine is in my '98...

 

i have the exact same issue with mine. i need to look into that

 

It is a common issue. A 30A fuse solved my problem in my '98.

 

it's the only circuit breaker in the fuse panel inside the car. left side of the dash. the one you see when you open the drivers door. should be the only thing that doesn't look like a normal fuse.
