Angry Weird crackling noise coming from Speaker

I just got two new diamond speakers so i know the speakers aren't blown but every once in awhile i'll hear this nasty crackling noise coming from the rear speakers. If i turn the volume up REAL loud then back down it'll stop doing it. Any ideas what can be causing this?

Could be grounding out...

What kind of radio do you have in there? stock or aftermarket?

Ive seen the speaker outputs on different radios go bad before.

Could be that?
