i need some help installing my tv's. Got all the TV's working but dont know how to get the sound to my car speakers.
i have the stock deck "97 camaro"
what i got in the kit from summit racing:
dvd player
3 5.3 tv;s
a FM modulat "what is this"

 

i beleive that "FM modulator" is so that you can play the audio through you stereo using a certain radio station

 

Yeah, youll probably need to tap into the 12vSwitched and ground, then youll need 2 antenna adapters ($11 ea at local shops) and youll be all set...

Most modulators only have the 12vS and Ground, so youll probably need to put a switch on the 12v Lead, otherwise your regular reception will be crap...

 

Where did you mount the 3 screens at? I'm interested in seeing different installation methods If you can get any pics that'd be great!

 

fm modulater-turn it to 89.1 or something like that until you hear sound. fm modulater is a cheaper way to play the sound through your speakers. I have a sony flipdown and to send the signal out to the tv's and the speakers I went for the upgraded module which runs $125. One device I hook all my tv's in to and runs all the signals to them along with runs the speakers sound to each speaker from the amp. Plus it looks pretty cool with everything going to it
