trouble deciding sub size
I had 2 12" Type R's in the back of my Camaro. It would go LOW. The bigger the speaker, the lower it will go frequency-wise.
ALSO, have to take in account the airspace involved. The Type R's work AWESOME in .85 cubic ft of airspace. BUT they require more power. Its a trade off: Efficieny vs Power.
The more efficient the sub, the less power it needs.
And Vice-Versa
Id get a BIG amp. Or even better, 2 amps.
