is there such programs that can help u design a subwoofer box? if so what are they

 

There are a ton. The most common free software is probably WinISD PRO. You can get it from www.linearteam.org Some other free software can be downloaded from Adire's webpage, Blaupunkt and Unibox. If you have never used any of this kind of software, I suggest WinISD PRO. It's by far the easiest to learn.
