Stock tape to CD player

I have a 98 Z28 that has a tape player and I was wondering how difficult/ expensive to install the factory CD player and the factory head unit that goes in these cars. I don't like any aftermarket head units and I really like the stock one. Thanks.

If it just a standard deck, should just snapp in. Unless the person before installed an aftermarket unit without the wiring harness. Just used the existing one. If not, then just unplug the current tape player, remove the attached harness, then just plug in the harness from car to the back. Then the antenna plug and BAM! Factory stereo.
