I just purchased a 10" Brahma after canceling an order through Audiomobile for a 10" MASS. All this talk about Audiomobile selling out, them not answering phone calls and freezing their merchandise was kinda scaring me.
Anyway, what do you think will be the best sized sealed enclosure for a 10" Brahma for SQ. I would also like it to play loud, but SQ is my highest concern. I will be feeding it 1200watts with an Avionixx 1200.2. I have a custom fiberglass stealth enclosure right now that is 0.75 ft^3 in volume (gross) and I think that might be a tad too big and want to know if I should add any thing inside the enclosure to decrease the volume size.....?

I think that should be just about the right size since it is going to be just a tad under .64 after sub displacement... hope it fits the box

 

yeah, me too It will be close but I think it will work....

I have one of BJ's 12" stealth's that I will be modifying for a 10". That Brahma will not fit in my current JL Vantage box so I have to do it this way.

Should I put any poly-fill in the enclosure??

You shouldn't need any... hope you like how it sounds, i never had my B 10 in a sealed box.... sounded nice ported tho.

 

Did you have the Avionixx amp in another install or are you buying it for this one? I have the 1200.2 also and i really like it a lot, but i wish i had something a little better suited for my current sub... have to run it at 8 ohm

 

I just bought the 1200.2 from josh99ta, so, yes, I just bought to replace my RF Power 550S. I also bought a 600.4 to replace my RF Power 550X. I have heard some good things about Avionixx amps...
