Removing stock headunit (Bose)

I don't see how to remove it... do I need to take that whole panel off? how?

Also what do I need to know because it's a Bose car... Should I be running all new speaker wiring? I'm replacing everything.... headunit, and speakers.... Any help?

To answer the second part of your question, leaveing the stock speaker wire is fine, its universal, its either 16 or 18 guage, they are both pretty much the same and are adaquate for around 400 watts peak so i dont think youll have any problems
