Removing Rear Speakers Next to Seats

I want to install new 6.5"ers in in the back, can I just pull the speaker grills and get at them that way, or do I have to take off all the plastic paneling?

They come right off. Don't stretch the grill too bad or it will go back loose and rattle some.
