How in the heck do you remove the center dash vents from a 4th gen firebird? I've got a 94' Trans Am, and the things just do not come out. I am wanting to install a sat radio there.

Anyone have any ideas of how it comes out, or where else to put the radio?

funny you post this, i was trying to get mine out the other day and i broke it.

try posting in general tech - many more will see it there, and it is a general question anyway

Slide a small screwdriver in beside the vent and carefully pull it out while working the screwdriver around it. It's held in by a few plastic tabs that just hold it in by friction.
