problems with my head unit

i just installed my jvc el kameleon head unit that i bought from someone on this board, and after i finally got the sound to work, i found out that there's a cd stuck in there and the eject is not working. also, the head unit is not reading the cd. can anyone tell me how i can get this cd out and fix the head unit. i've tried pulling it out with two eyeglass repair screwdrivers, but there are some white plastic pieces in there that i think tell the head unit when cds are being loaded, but the white pieces are keeping me from pulling the cd out. any help will be appreciated. thanks a lot.

My advice is to send it to an authorized JVC repair center.

I agree with LS1..... headunits are so fragile that the slightest thing could break them for good...so i wouldnt mess with it...
