Ok, the car is the 01 formula in sig. My wipers work for the washer mode, but not mist or delay. They will also come on if I turn them to high and work in low mode after I turn them on in high, then they will stay in the "ready" phase until I go all the way back to off past delay, but never work in delay mode.

Any ideas what the gremlin behind this could be?
