my power window in my car is acting as if it has a capacitor. i know nothing about them, do they have capacitors? sometimes when i put them up or down they will only go down a little or up a little then stop but if i wait for a lil bit they will fully go up or down. anybody know anything about this?

 

Most likely the motor.

 

also when i use the switch ill hear a clicking under the steering column when the window wont work and if i hold it down a certain way ill hear a high pitched scream sounding noise coming from under the steering column

 

It's the motor. It needs to be replaced. This is a very common problem on these cars. Try doing a search, there's a great write-up with pictures floating

 

thanks man i thought thats what it might be. i was worried my subs were pulling power from them somehow
