The sub in my factory 96 bose sys. went out the other day, will any 8 inch sub work in it? When I was programming my keyless thing, the doors would lock during the programming, but would not unlock, and after putting the fuse back in and all, it still wouldnt work. Anybody had this problem?

 

check the ohm load before you try it. I think these are like 1-2 ohm speakers. I know the highs they use are usually 1 ohm so they use a 12 volt amp without a big power supply
