new to electronics...

anyone think they can help me wire this thing up?its just little string light and was wantign some help...any takers?

What string light? What the hell are you talking about?!!?!? You're gonna have to give us a little more info then that!

i got it form autozone..(yeah, i know)...its called " "EL" Stringlight (electroluminance)"..its an accent lighting for interior, liek t go aroudn the dash and stuff...real real skinny "rope" light..it it suposed to be hooked up to a 12v power source, + and - sides...is that better?

Oh ok ok. I know what your talking about. Those neon lights draw very little power. You can find a + source from the fuse panel right next to the steering wheel. Then just ground it as close as you can to where ever you install it. Remember, some are hot all the time. And some are only hot when the igni. is on. Use a test light or multimeter.
