Who's got the FASTEST...

Who's got the fastest REAL street cars, lets say top 10? These are cars that are driven 100-200 miles per week EVERY WEEK (just so you know that's 5-10K miles a year). And what do your set ups looks like?
Try to set it up as such... include mods on...
Motor...
Trans...
Suspension...
Wheels/tires...
Interior...
Electronics...

I know we got some hella fast cars when it comes to pure speed, but of the cars out there prowling the street on a Tuesday night (not Saturday night, a weekend only car), what are you guys doing?

To many variables...and what makes a street car is like an opinion.

What if the guy runs slicks...what if the guy uses Turbo blue fuel...what if the guy does this...does that...etc..

No, its really pretty simple, you aint running 10,000miles a year on race fuel, if you do I want you bank account. If you read it as it is, and look at the milage, it's cut and dry. I am posing a hypothetical question just to see what set ups guys are running that actually drive their cars. I am not trying to split hairs, with variables, if your fast and you actually drive your car on a daily basis (see milage), then what set up do you run. IT's really pretty simple.

I barely drive that much and my camaro is my only car. I know I won't put that many miles on it once I get my beater.

Guy in town has a 500ish hp 5.0 style stang, drives it daily runs race gas. I have a feeling this thread will be filled with imports though, Can be made fairly powerful and still get good milage.

You mean it will be filled with turbo cars. Imports only have that image because most of them are turbocharged.

I actually like the idea behind the question of this thread. See, I drive my car about 8500 miles annually, and many of the mods out there would kill that for me. I think a LOT of guys go with the bigger is better approach (cam, torque converter, clutch) and end up modding themselves out of the daily driver enjoyment of the car. It ends up as a weekend warrior.

I know I'm not the fastest, but after my heads/cam, I'm hoping to be mid 12's@110+ That's fast enough for me for a daily driver with stock driveability.

my car was a daily car till I decided to pull it off the road and do all this work to it, I was running low 12s @ 115 MPH stock motor/trans/rear, just a lot of boost pushed into it.

i dont drive mine every day, but i put at least 300 miles a week on it , times are in sig with toyo T1s tires. I am by no means saying that i am in the top ten due to the amount of cars with power adders, however for being all motor and still having everthing function (even AC) its decent.

I couldn't drive my car that much even if I wanted to, since I drive a company van to work. I have barely any freetime so I only really get to drive it on the weekends if it's nice out.

Pretty stock right now since I just got it 2 months ago, but in 3 years I plan to be running about 350-375 rwhp. That's all I'm really interested in. But when I make my mod selections it will be as if I would be driving it that many miles a year.
