Ok I have been shopping around and have decided that I want to go with some 10"s and a strong amp to power both. What I need help with is what subs would be a good selection to go with, I listened to some Focals and they were nice, not overly loud and clear. I mainly listen to rock and rap so I want a setup that will give me a decent sound and a pretty good thump(which I figure I will get do to the hatch). The reason i'm going with 10"s is because I would like to find a way to have the box made were it won't interfere with the T-Top holder. Any suggestions as to Amp,box and subs?

 

subthump.com has several different boxes that are designed specifically to accomodate t-top storage in the Camaro. They are on the expensive side though. They told me the stock hatch cover will even fit over the boxes, so you will have a stealth system with the amp mounted underneath.

When I upgrade my subs I'll definately be going with a box from them.

The JBL 600.1, or 1200.1 seems to be a popular amp, but I'm saving for something like Xtant.

 

subthump would be a good place to go for a sub box. As for the sub, it all depends on what kind of music you like to listen to. But over all, I would suggest Image Dynamics. I have the ID 10 from them and I love it!! Very clean and still has enough SPL performance. Also, the air space requirements are not that much so the stealth box would be pefect for it.
