I JUST ADDED 2 12" FOSGATES AND AN AMP TO MY 2000 Z28.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN MAKE THE PILAR SPEAKERS ABOVE THE REAR SEATS PLAY MUSIC (MIDS+ HI'S) INSTEAD OF JUST BASS? I DON'T WANT TO ADD ANOTHER AMP OF CHANGE MY HEAD UNIT, JUST PLAY WITH STOCK SET UP. THERE IS A TECHNICAL GURU OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME, PLEASE!

 

In order to do that you would need a schematic of the factory amp. It would require changing some component values on the circuit board to alter the crossover settings.

 

where is the factory amp? where can i get the factory schematics?

 

The amp is located in front of the spare tire above the wheel well. As for the schematic GM and Monsoon won't give out that information.
