do all z28's have the monsoon system. I have 6 speakers, is this the monsoon system, or do all camaros have 6 speakers? Also, the light on the radio is out and the security light on my dash is always on, is it because of the light on the radio being out.

 

Maybe lost power at some point and need to input the code?

 

could be a problem with the illumination circuit? try unplugging the radio and see if that solves your issue with illumination.. also, check your fuses.

 

My '95 Z has 2 speakers on the door, 2 in what's called the sail panels (I guess ) in the rear seat area on either side, and a stock sub in the driver's side rear hatch area. 5 speakers. The stock system is advertised as Bose. I think only the Pontiacs have Monsoons???

 

what year is your camaro?.........it will say monsoon on the radio itself . if it is a monsoon system you would have 8 speakers...2 in the door...2 in the sail panels...and 2 in the rear hatch area
