I have a stock 95 Z28and when i got it about a month ago everyhting worked fine. The other day i tried to lock my door with the remote and the interior lights went on, but the doors didnt lock. I went in the car and hit the power lock button and it locked. I have been messing aruond with it and have noticed that when i hit the lock button on the remote the receiver under the dash makes a clicking sound so i dont think the transmitter or reciever is broke, but its just not locking the door. The unlock and trunk release work fine. Is there just possible a loose connection from the receiver that i should check? thanks!

 

try reprogramming the remote.. mite help... cant remember the procedure, but if u go to gm they will juss tell u, its something like take a fuse out (cant remember which one, i think radio one) and turn key in ignition 3 times so that check gauges comes on but not that car turns on), then hold unlock and lock...
