Junking Monsoon H/U
Getting rid of the piece of dogs--t Monsoon head unit. Replacing it with this: http://cgi.ebay.com/PIONEER-DEH-P77D...QQcmdZViewItem
I thought about keeping the stock speaker and amp setup but after a couple of hours of searching decided to bypass the amp (found a pinout diagram at ls1tech that'll help with that) and junk the whole damn thing and run the speakers right off the new pioneer headunit. Anyhow I'm torn between 2 different sets of speakers: Im looking at getting 2 sets of Boston acoustics S65's or Infinity Reference 6022i's (Crutchfied says it won't fit, but some searches say that they will). Which would you guys pick or should I go for somthing different?
By the way, I'm going to be running both sets off the head unit for the time being.
