Intermittent issue with radio.
If I leave my radio on when I turn off my car, when I start my car the next time, often times the radio wont play unless I turn it off then turn it back on. When the happens the radio does have power and I can change stations etc. I am just not getting any sound. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Is it a factory radio or aftermarket?
Either way I would check your switched power, constant power, and grounds. Your switched power tells the radio to turn on/off. However, the internal amplifier will not be able to power the speakers if there is a poor constant/ground connection.
Aftermarket radio's usually have a "protect" feature should there be a short in one of the speaker wires. The radio will power up, but provide no sound. If your radio is factory, it's a possibility that one of your speaker wires could be grounding out. I'm unaware if the factory radio's had a protect mode for it, but it may just not produce sound. You can dig out a multi meter and set it to continuity. Place your - probe to ground and test your speaker leads at the deck with your + probe. If it shows continuity, bingo. new wire, problem solved.
If it's a monsoon or bose setup, i'd point my finger at the factory amplifier. check the power/ground connections. At work, i typically bypass these amps or replace them with a better aftermarket 4 channel.

Sounds like the same problem I'm having with my factory Delco-Bose AM/FM CD player. Today mine started working again, then I got on the freeway and hit a bump and no sound. I'm wondering if there's a lose wire to the amp.
