First post on this site. Hope you guys can help me.

Recently purchased a gauge face for my 99 z/28 from procarparts.com. I got all the gauges off, put on the new face, put the gauges back on, and put everything back together like it was. I start it up, and all the gauges are good to go, except my speed. When the car did its gauge check, the gauge stopped at 120, instead of going all the way to 150. Now when I drive, it dosent move until I'm going i guessing 30 mph.

Clearly I did something wrong during the installation. How can I fix this? Hopefully I didn't mess anything up.
