I don't know much about sdound systems. I have installed a few players but I don't know what is good any more. I used to look for what was on sale t the time but now I want something that will sound good.
Im tired of trying to bidd on a stock POS CD player. I may have to buy a Aftermarket one and suck up the cost. It beats paying half the price on a used stock unit. What do I need for a 95 Firebird wqith a stock Tape deck and speakers. I want good quality sound. No Bumping bass down the street. This is my weekend warrior / Street and strip car.

I'll even look at stock units if the price is right. Thanks James

Head unit= Easy.... Alpine 7892. BY FAR best bang for the buck head unit. The key is the Bass Engine Plus feature. Check out all that includes and you will agree...... *hint* 4-channel time correction!
