I need advice on buying DVC Subs for my 4 channel amp

I am looking to buy a set of subs. I have a RF 400a 4 channel amp already. I am looking at buying some alpine dual voice coil subs. What impedance should I be looking at getting? I'm thinking 4 ohm DVC's and run each voice coil to its own channel on the amp. What would you reccomend I do?

TIA
Scott

Take the 4 channels and bridge them together to make 2 more powerful channels. Then get subs with either dual 2ohm VC's in series or dual 8ohm VC's in parallel. Place one sub on each channel and you're ready to rock.
