I assume you mean the mouldings that go down both sides of the car?
If so, then just use a blunt tool or similar and pry one end up, just enough to have the room to pull the rest up. Use consistant force and pull them all off. Once their off you will see a white residue strip in each area that's somewhat dusty, with black cement underneath.
Use a flat blunt tool and scrape all this off. Afterwards use goof-off, a paper towel, and your fingernail to remove the rest. Don't worry, it won't remove your paint.
Not exactly the quickest thing to do on the car, but the look improvement is worth it. I did mine so that the mouldings wouldn't throw the lines of my Xenon kit off.
