How do I tap into a fuse -Please REad-

Ok, I am working on my sisters car. I installed the gauges on my Camaro. And my sister likes them so she bought all the stuff and i am going to install it. For my car I just tapped the wire for the lights from the actual headlights of the car. But with her 2003 Dodge Neon, its harder to get to, but I can get to the fuse box. I found the appropriate fuse I want to go into (PK Light/Fog Light), but I have no clue on how to tap into that fuse. I want to tap it into this fuse so when she puts the parking lights or fog lights on the gauges illuminate.

Do I go behind the fuse box and tap into the wire, or can I go right off the fuse from the outside.

Thanks a lot for any help

They sell fuse taps at part stores, radio shack too I think.

You place it around the fuse and push it back in. The tap has a little end that you can attach a quick connect slip on thing to.

Make sure u place the tap on the load side of the fuse so its protected.

why not just go to the parking light wire? the wire is black with a yellow stripe located at the steering column underdash area.
